Hello everyone,
Strength Heart and Wisdom to you all.
Here are some helpful tips for working with the Compendium Ipsissima.
I suggest memorising and performing the concise version of our 21 Guidelines on a regular basis.
Daily if possible.
The concise version isn't in the Compendium, but can be found and downloaded here:
Reading through or watching the video of the full version will give a clearer insight.
Try Performing one of the "Calling and Drawing In" Rituals when you get the urge to go deeper.
If you are new to the Practise, please start with "A Calling and Drawing Ritual for Daily Use" in the Neophytes section.
All versions of this Ritual help to bring you into a frame of mind/reference point that will make interaction with the Liminal easier - more likely and gradually more and more immersive.
And it can bring you to a calm but powerful point of view for your Mind Over Matter work.
We finish almost all Rites/Rituals with the scoop/inhale/smile/wash-down/hands over heart action of Cupped Hands Thanks. The Rites that don't need it are indicated.
Except for the Adepts version of "A Calling and Drawing In" - as indicated in the Addendum - while these Workings can be used separately, alongside other methods, none of them are designed to be directly intermingled with methods from outside the Practice.
So, while it's ok to cherry-pick and just do the Rites you feel like doing, please work with them at 'face value', stick to them "as written", and don't embellish, add to or subtract from them.
I hope you love performing these Workings as much as I loved creating them and making them available to you.
In the Service of the Craft.
Ipsissima!
